Deals not crediting
I have won 3 cards before but have never been not credited my for doing what it asks me to do. I have now not been credited for 2 deals now and have followed them to the T.
Have tried contacting them and no reply unlike the last 3 times. WTF is going on!.

Resolved: Not giving me my correct reward
They fixed my problem.
I started the process bvuz It said I would receive 1500 cash in place of the 750 amount that's on there and I only had to completec20 deals to do so. I completed far more then 20 deals didn't get the credit for half of them then once I was all done they told me I had to do 10 more deals I went back and forth with them about that until they realized I was right but then they told me I couldn't get thec1500 because I completed a deal under somewhere which I have no idea what they were talking about even on my final claim page it said I was to get the 1500 dollars and they only ended up giving me the 750 so I feel like they kept half of my reward not to mention all the money they made for all the other deals that I didn't get credit for that I completed.
I was really counting on that money and I worked hard to get it. And they flat out ripped me off.
I have done this in the past and never had a problem but this time it was all a bunch of bull crop and I definitely would not recommend reward zone or level rewards or flash rewards cuz they are all the same place and they are not fair and they didn't give me my correct reward. So I wasted weeks of my time and money for them to benefit from my work.
I do this once a year I've never had such a hard time doing this.. its ridiculous and it's false advertisement on top of you guys send me emails constantly.. then ur going to treat me unfairly like this.. I used to recommend this site I won't anymore..
this just is not fair. I WAS PROMISED 750X2 TO MY CASH APP ACCOUNT FOR COMPLETING 20 DEALS AND I'VE COMPLETED WELL OVER 35 TO 40 DEALS..
I DONT GET CREDIT FOR HALF THE DEALS I'VE COMPLETED and now ON TOP OF THAT I'M GETTING SCREWED OUT OF MY REWARD.. SO UNFAIR AFTER ALL THE TIKE I HAVE SPENT ON DOING ALL THIS..

They are not legit
I was promised 1500, they only gave me 750 and I completed so many deals that I never got credit for, on top of the ones I did get credit for. It took me a couple of weeks of time and money to finish the deals (at the end they tried making me complete even more deals).
So No I wouldn't recommend doing this for the reward because you end up out more then you'll get with this one. They're not fair and I tried to reach support to help me get the reward I was promised and nobody would help me. I really only ended up getting the low end for all the work I had done. That's why it's so hard to get credit for a deal after you finish it cuz they design it that way.
I have proof of completing well over 50 deals on there. I kept going because I wanted to make sure I finished on time, also I believed at the time I was going to get 1500 cash and I thought maybe they would credit me somewhere for the ones that weren't showing up that I had already completed, but they did not and then like I said they didn't even give me the reward I was supposed to get. So unfair and I have proof of everything I'm saying.
Don't waste your time with reward zone.. pass it on..

No credit applied when completed deals
I am stuck on level 4 bc it will not credit me for the last deal to move to level 5 and qualify for $250. I have done 2 more deals and they won't credit either.
This company is forcing me to run out of time so I lose my reward. Contacted them thru member support but have not received a response.

Pay for first class and travel in business.
Refund of the difference from first to business .I was coming from Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and the seller or customer service offer me a ticket by delta and they even know that I need a wheelchair and the food not the one I ordered.

Cannot verify my ID
I have tried several times more than enough times to scan my ID at first it was scanning the front and not the back and now it is scanning the front and the back and not letting me take a selfie or the selfie is not going through this has become very aggravating trying to get my ID verified to redeem for my gift card I have constantly asked to have a different way if possible for me to send in my ID and my selfie to have it verified but I have got nowhere I'm still being sent the same link that is not working or is not accepting my identification

No help for there customers
Don’t try calling them they dot talk to you on the phone only through email
I use reward wizard and get emails from reward zone and I am trying to cash out my rewards card a $250 visa reward but the verification link wont work it wont scan my Id it just keeps closing saying start over . I have been trying for two days but every time I try to notify them I get a generic email saying press link scan Id you have three attempts. Nothing about the site not working

They won’t listen to the problem they just keep hitting the basic reply to the customer support emails I send in and I going to lose my reward because they won’t help
I am trying to verify my Id but the verification lnk wont work and I have been trying for two days to tell them and all they do is send a generic reply with the link again. I only have three attempts to verify and they dont care that the link wont even scan the Id it just keeps closing

Having issues with claiming my reward
I worked on this to good to be true scaming heartless website for over a month playing games, spending money I needed for my kids on there offers thinking I could just tough it out one more day and then I could get caught up a little and *** maybe even take my two girls to get ice cream and watch a movie if I just spent the money I had and completed this and even though I could feel my gut telling me not to spend my check on those offers cause I haven't ever heard of this place but I was just so stressed and not thinking clearly. Well I complete all the deals up to the 750 so I was excited and ready to cash out, I tried to cash out and my account beening block they said I was fraud.
In no way did I commit any type of fraud i did everything carefully like asked because i was spending my water bill money. I know it's not rewardzone fault that a drunk driver hit my husband and kill him, but the giving someone a little but of relief and hope and excitement and take it away and lie. I have every offer I completed. I can prove I did everything as ask with no type fraud involved.
I was trying to earn the money and was grateful for it doing something to be so disrespectful to someone that don't felt like blessing makes me even more sick then doing all that time I spent for nothing. I never write reviews but this site needs to be looked onto the world is hard enough without having to work hard to be scammed.p

User's recommendation: These are some of the emails where they told me i had completed enough for the 500 and other emails showing where I contacted them cause I didn't get credit and I contacted them I know at least 12 times in these 2 months not once did they tell me I wasn't qualified of coursed they didn't they want to keep on flashing that 1000 and have you spend your money then they will just say you done something wrong. I hope my heart never gets to be a heartless as them
I’ve dealt with them myself They are heartless. I can’t guarantee an outcome for you but I would recommend calling one of your United States senators to see if they can help. And the New York attorney general’s office because Rewardzoneusa is based in New York.

I would encourage you to file a complaint with the federal trade commission.
And ic3.gov and I would also encourage you to contact the New York attorney general’s office. Because Rewardzoneusa is based in New York.
